The U.S. Department of Labor (DOL) has created Families First Coronavirus Response Act (FFCRA) notices for employers with fewer than 500 employees that must be posted in a conspicuous place on the employer’s premises. For remote employees, the DOL recommends posting these notices on an employee information website or emailing the information directly to employees.
The Department of Labor (DOL) did not indicate the date by which employers would need to post the notifications. It is our recommendation the notices be posted as of the act’s effective date: April 1, 2020.
